NHS Purchase Orders
Our easy three step NHS Purchase Order process
1. Your initial order should be emailed to orders@heartdesign.co.uk using your Official Purchase Order or posted. View contact details.
2. We will set up your account and your credit limit will be decided by our accounts department.
3. Your product will be dispatched accompanied by a sales ledger invoiced to your account.
Orders received before 4pm will be processed the same day, orders received after 4pm will be processed the next working day.

3. Your product will be dispatched accompanied by a sales ledger invoiced to your account.

Terms and Conditions
1. We cannot guarantee a credit limit.
2. Credit limit increase subject to payment history.
3. All invoices to be paid within 30 days.
4. Any charges incurred on the account, i.e. Refer drawer cheques or the collection of debts will be charged to you.
5. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel credit facilities should the above terms not be adhered to.
6. Goods supplied remain the property of the Vendor until payment is received and the cheque has cleared.
7. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
